The infrastructure division of CGC Recruitment focuses on the placement of construction and engineering personnel on projects across roads, maritime, tunnels, water, telco and subdivision sectors.
We work with tier one contractors to specialist subcontractors on major projects through to small upgrades. We have a strong network of contacts from supervisory to project management levels across Australia including but not limited to the following sectors:
Rail - Recruiting for engineering and construction companies who plan, design and construct all elements associated with Rail infrastructure. We recruit for construction and engineering roles across all disciplines within the rail sector including track, signalling, overhead wiring and civil construction.
Energy - We focus on power generation, transmission and distribution projects for consultants, contractors and asset owners across Australia. We work with traditional energy providers through to the renewables sector. We recruit electrical engineers and designers through to Project and Construction Managers.
Civil - Recruiting for Civil contractors specifically focusing on the delivery of infrastructure projects. We recruit Supervisors, Engineers, Project Managers and Commercial Managers on small upgrades through to some of the largest projects in the country.
We have an excellent understanding of contractors and projects and are well placed to advise on market trends, salaries and skills shortages in the infrastructure market.
