Project Manager - Civil Subdivisions

Location: Metro sites, North & South of the River, WA
Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 base (DOE) + company vehicle, super, laptop & mobile
 
We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a leading civil construction team delivering large-scale subdivision projects. This is a hands-on, metro-based role overseeing multiple sites across the city.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage subdivision projects from planning through to completion.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with WHS requirements and company procedures.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and local authorities.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience delivering large-scale subdivision projects, ideally within Western Australia (other states considered).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and priorities effectively.
