Site Supervisor - Civil Construction (Subdivisions)
 
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established civil contractor delivering large-scale residential subdivision projects across metro Perth, with sites located north and south of the river.
 
This role suits a hands-on supervisor who enjoys being on the ground, leading crews, coordinating subcontractors, and driving safe, efficient delivery of subdivision works.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day site operations on large-scale subdivision projects
• Coordinate labour, plant, materials, and subcontractors
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
• Maintain strong communication with Project Managers and Engineers
• Enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards on site
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvement

About You

• Proven experience delivering large-scale civil subdivision projects
• Strong background in bulk earthworks, services, and road construction
• Ability to lead crews and manage subcontractors effectively
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Full Australian working rights are essential
