Site Engineer – Marine & Civil Projects | FIFO Perth
An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to join a specialist contractor delivering complex marine and civil infrastructure projects across Australia.
This role offers the chance to work on challenging marine construction projects, gaining hands-on experience across piling, heavy lifting activities, and large-scale infrastructure delivery.
Please note: The client is seeking candidates with a strong marine construction background and will not consider applications based solely on transferable civil experience. To be shortlisted, you will ideally have proven experience delivering marine works involving piling and heavy lifting activities.

What's on offer:
- $95,000 - $120,000 base salary (dependent on experience) + super
- 40% site uplift
- 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO roster from Perth
- Opportunity to work on major marine infrastructure projects
- Interstate candidates may be considered and travel arrangements discussed
- Manage day-to-day site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
- Monitor quality and compliance across marine works, piling, and precast structures
- Assist with planning, scheduling, progress reporting, and project documentation
- Maintain accurate site records including daily reports, inspections, and progress tracking
- Support project delivery while ensuring safety and environmental standards are maintained
- Strong background working on marine construction projects
- Proven experience with piling and heavy lifting activities
- Experience working for Australian contractors on major infrastructure projects
- Ability to work a 2:1 FIFO roster
- Full Australian working rights (sponsorship is not available)
- Interstate candidates may be required depending on project requirements
