Site Engineer - Marine & Civil Projects (FIFO Perth)
 
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Site Engineer to join a dynamic team delivering large-scale marine and civil infrastructure projects. This role is fully FIFO from Perth and offers excellent career growth, hands-on project experience, and a highly competitive remuneration package.
 
What's on offer:

• Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 base (dependent on experience) + super
• Site uplift: 40%
• Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off

Key Duties:

• Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, and to specification
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on-site personnel
• Monitor quality and compliance for marine works, piling, and precast structures on piles
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and reporting to senior management
• Maintain accurate site documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and inspection records
• Support problem-solving and ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards

What we're looking for:

• Proven experience on marine projects, piling, and precast structures on piles
• Previous experience with Australian main contractors
• Full Australian working rights (international and interstate candidates not considered)
