Superintendent - Marine & Civil (FIFO)
 
An opportunity is available for an experienced Superintendent to join a major marine and civil construction project delivering complex works in Western Australia. This is a long-term FIFO role out of Perth only — no interstate or international candidates will be considered.
 
The Role
Reporting to the Project Manager, you will take ownership of site delivery, safety, programme and subcontractor performance across key marine construction activities. This role suits a hands-on leader who thrives in technically challenging environments and can drive outcomes on large-scale marine works.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage site teams, supervisors and subcontractors
• Oversee marine construction activities including piling and precast works
• Drive programme, cost, quality and safety outcomes
• Coordinate plant, materials and logistics in a marine environment
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and WHS requirements
• Work closely with engineering and project teams to resolve technical challenges

Required Experience:
Candidates do not need to tick every box, however experience in the following areas is highly regarded:

• Marine construction projects
• Piling works (particularly steel tubular piles) - strongly preferred
• Precast structures installed on piles
• FIFO project delivery in WA

Requirements

• Full Australian working rights (essential)
• Based in Perth and able to work FIFO
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven experience delivering complex civil or marine projects

• Salary: $230,000 - $275,000 base (higher for highly experienced candidates)
• Site uplift: 40%
• Car allowance: $18,000
• Roster: 2 weeks on / 1 week off
