Senior Supervisor - Marine & Civil (FIFO)
 
An established contractor delivering complex marine and civil infrastructure projects is seeking an experienced Supervisor to join their project team on a FIFO basis from Western Australia.
 
This is a senior site-based role suited to someone who thrives in challenging marine environments and has a strong track record delivering piling and precast structures.
 
The Role
You'll take ownership of site delivery, supervising crews and subcontractors while ensuring safety, quality, and program targets are met. Projects involve technically complex marine works with piling and precast elements constructed on piles.
 
Key Experience Required

• Proven marine construction experience
• Strong background in piling works
• Experience delivering precast structures on piles
• Ability to lead site teams and manage subcontractors in a FIFO environment

Requirements

• Full Australian working rights
• Based in Western Australia
• Available to work a 2 weeks on / 1 week off FIFO roster
• Minimum 10+ years' supervisory experience for upper salary range consideration

What's on Offer

• Base salary: $180,000 - $210,000
  (>$200k for supervisors with 10+ years' experience)
• Car allowance:
  • $12,000 standard
  • $16,000 for highly experienced supervisors
• Site uplift: 40%
• Roster: 2:1 FIFO
• Long-term project pipeline with a reputable contractor
