A leading HVAC contractor and they're seeking an experienced, driven and ambitious Project Manager to join their ranks.

Projects are commercial in nature and include schools, offices, retail, leisure facilities etc. Typical project value is around the $5m/$6m mark. 

This is a great opportunity to break into some awesome projects and develop professionally. They have a fantastic reputation in the local and national market and can provide excellent in-house support across all areas of the business including: estimating, design and commissioning.

The Role & Responsibilities

• Project Management of mechanical and air-conditioning services, from commencement to completion, ensuring that each project is delivered within the nominated timeframe, and that costing & financial budgets are adhered to.
   
• Attend project site coordination meetings, identifying project variances, implementing corrective actions & provide subsequent project reporting.
   
• Project scheduling; resources, staffing (project supervisors), subcontractors, and logistics. 
   
• Maintain high standards of site safety, complying with all relevant local legal regulations. 
• Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

Requirements

• Trade or tertiary qualifications in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
   
• Project Management experience within the Sydney commercial HVAC market
   
• Experience managing projects from construction to delivery
   
• Project estimating
   
• Excellent client & stakeholder management skills
   
• A collaborative and team-focused approach
