Regional Manager – Transport & Logistics

Location: Adelaide | Full-time
We are seeking an experienced and driven Regional Manager to oversee operations across 6 depots with a team of 15 staff, taking full responsibility for all fleet and operational performance. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone ready to shape strategy, drive efficiency, and build high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations across multiple depots, ensuring smooth and efficient transport delivery
• Take full accountability for fleet management, including maintenance, utilisation, and compliance
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 15 operational staff across the region
• Monitor and improve key performance indicators, including fleet performance, on-time delivery, and cost control
• Drive safety, Chain of Responsibility (CoR), and compliance standards across all depots
• Identify opportunities for operational improvement and implement strategic initiatives
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and contractors

About You:

• Proven experience managing multiple depots or regional transport/logistics operations
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams of 10+ staff
• Extensive knowledge of fleet management, CoR, and heavy vehicle compliance
• Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Commercially minded with a focus on operational efficiency and cost control
• Hands-on, proactive, and able to drive change across multiple sites
