Patrick started his recruitment career in 2012 with a construction recruitment company based in London, UK. He specialised in temporary trades and labour recruitment, predominantly for the high-end residential market in London.
In 2020 Patrick changed companies in London to head up blue collar recruitment for HS2, the biggest civil engineering/rail project in Europe.
Patrick was originally due to move to Sydney and join CGC in February 2020, but the border closures due to Covid-19 put a halt on his plans.
He eventually arrived in Sydney in February 2022 and now places predominantly white collar professionals in the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC & Fire industries.
