An established contractor delivering a major civil/marine construction project is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator / Procurement Specialist to join their head office team in Balcatta.
This role is focused on procurement delivery and scope management, not team leadership, and will suit a proactive, outcome-driven professional with a strong background in civil construction.

You'll play a key role in managing the procurement of critical trade packages across a complex project, including concrete, drainage, and piling works. Working closely with internal stakeholders and design consultants, you'll ensure procurement activities are executed efficiently, accurately, and in line with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end procurement of trade packages (concrete, drainage, piling)
- Preparing and issuing RFQs, RFIs, and RFTs
- Engaging and managing subcontractors throughout the procurement lifecycle
- Coordinating and consolidating technical and commercial information
- Compiling and packaging procurement documentation
- Maintaining and updating the procurement register
- Proven experience in contracts administration and procurement within civil construction
- Strong understanding of contracts and commercial processes
- Excellent written communication skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, driven, and outcome-focused mindset
- Confident in sourcing, managing, and interpreting technical and commercial information
- Major civil/marine project exposure
- Flexible engagement: 6-month fixed term or permanent
- Competitive salary package: $180k - $200k + super
- Office-based role in Balcatta with a collaborative project team
