The Client

One of the major players in the Australian HVAC Market, our client has offices all over the country. They've been in the industry for over 30 years and carry out major projects all over the nation. 

They're looking for one project manager in each of their Victoria based locations.

The Role 

The role will initially sit in their light commercial division, responsible for smaller scale office, education, healthcare and retail projects. 

There is scope to eventually move into major projects once you've demonstrated your capabilities and competence in handling the smaller projects. 

To be successful in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate a track record of the following within the Australian HVAC market:

• Ideally 3/4 years' experience minimum in HVAC
• You will have medium to large scale project experience, pref working for a top tier HVAC contractor in Australia.
• Excellent communication skills are required. You will be expected to liaise with all stake holders involved in the project. 
• Management and analysis of all financials on the project
• Highly motivated and commitment to project delivery
• Strong direct labour and subcontract management experience. The ability to motivate direct reports is a must.

Candidates with a tertiary qualification while be highly regarded, however, this contractor's management team also recognise candidates with a solid work history that have progressed from a trade qualified position into a managerial position.
