Operations Administrator
Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours Considered - $43 per hour
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Administrator to support our service, project, and engineering teams across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, particularly in ISO compliance and health & safety, who enjoys working autonomously while supporting a wider team.

Service Team Support (Sydney):

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Operations Administrator to support our service, project, and engineering teams across multiple locations. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience, particularly in ISO compliance and health & safety, who enjoys working autonomously while supporting a wider team.
Key Responsibilities
Service Team Support (Sydney):
- Follow up service quotes issued by the Service Manager (via email)
- Maintain records within an ISO45001 environment
- Undertake ISO45001 audits and ongoing compliance management
- Assist with service documentation reviews, updates, and document control
- Manage health & safety records, PPE, equipment, consumables, training records, motor vehicles, and equipment hire
- Administer Sydney Water's Beakon platform (site inductions, Good to Go requirements)
- Coordinate travel requirements for the service team
- Locate, tag, and maintain company assets remotely
- Injury and incident administration
- Maintain the Quote Management System (QMS)
- Manage customer portals, including updates, questionnaires, and certificates of currency
- Assist with the rollout of ISO45001 within the factory environment
- Maintain ISO-compliant records and support future audits
- Injury administration
- Locate, tag, and maintain company assets
- Participate in and record toolbox talks (minutes and filing)
- Previous experience working with ISO compliance documentation is essential
- Exposure to health & safety systems and processes is highly regarded
- Honest, reliable, and trustworthy

- Well-developed listening skills and ability to follow instructions
- Team-focused with a strong work ethic
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office
