The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction and fit out projects, managing site teams, consultants, and subcontractors while ensuring commercial, programme, and quality outcomes are achieved.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of construction and fit out projects, managing site teams, consultants, and subcontractors while ensuring commercial, programme, and quality outcomes are achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage projects from design and procurement through to completion
- Coordinate consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
- Lead programming, resourcing, and construction delivery
- Manage budgets, variations, and progress claims
- Maintain strong client relationships and lead project meetings
- Ensure compliance across safety, quality, and contractual obligations
- Report on programme, cost, and project performance
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within a commercial builder or fit out contractor
- Background across construction, fit out, or refurbishment projects
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially astute with solid contract administration knowledge
- Confident managing multiple projects concurrently
- Construction Management or related qualification preferred
