With a significant pipeline of secured work including large-scale remedial projects with combined values exceeding $50M is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the commercial and contractual performance of multiple projects.
 
The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will take responsibility for the commercial governance and contractual execution of multiple remedial projects, working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers, and Directors to ensure strong financial and risk outcomes.
 
This is a senior, influential role suited to someone who understands the complexities of remedial construction, live environments, and high-risk assets.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee head contracts and subcontract agreements across multiple remedial projects
• Manage commercial performance, cost control, forecasting, and reporting
• Review, assess, and negotiate variations and claims
• Ensure compliance with AS4000, AS2124, and Master Builders contracts
• Support and mentor Project Managers and Contract Administrators
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risk
• Liaise with clients, consultants, strata managers, and legal advisors
• Contribute to commercial strategy and business improvement initiatives

About You

• Proven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Contract Administrator
• Strong background in remedial or complex construction projects
• Demonstrated experience managing high-value, multi-project portfolios
• Excellent understanding of AS4000 and Master Builders contracts
• Commercially astute with strong negotiation and leadership skills
• Confident operating in live, occupied environments
• Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or related qualification
