About the Business

A commercial HVAC specialist contractor, they take care of some of Sydney’s most iconic buildings.

With strong growth ahead, they are seeking a HVAC Team Leader / Account Manager to support the Service Manager in overseeing operations, managing client accounts, and leading a team of technicians.

The Role

Reporting to the Service Manager, this is a hands-on leadership position where you’ll:

• Manage and nurture key commercial HVAC client accounts
• Lead and mentor a team of service technicians
• Oversee day-to-day service operations, from reactive breakdowns to scheduled maintenance
• Quote, manage, and deliver small works projects
• Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and grow service offerings

About You

The ideal candidate will bring both technical expertise and strong leadership skills. You’ll ideally have:

• A Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (or equivalent trade qualification)
• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience with a solid technical background
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Confidence with quoting and a commercially minded approach
• The drive to grow with a forward-thinking business
