We are helping recruit an additional Project Engineer to join a highly successful team. The role will require an experienced Civil or Structural Engineer who ideally has a background in remediation projects. Reporting directly into an Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering structural and civil works on projects that involve remediation of residential / commercial, infrastructure, maintenance, protective coatings and strengthening.

The role will require an experienced Civil or Structural Engineer who ideally has a background in remediation projects. Reporting directly into an Operations Manager you will play a pivotal role in planning and delivering structural and civil works on projects that involve remediation of residential / commercial, infrastructure, maintenance, protective coatings and strengthening.
Key Responsibilities:
- Autonomously lead structural and civil projects for remediation and infrastructure repair projects (concrete repair, form/reinforcement, joint repair, etc.).
- Collaborate with the project / site teams to ensure programs are constructible, cost-effective, compliant with relevant codes and standards.
- Provide engineering support during construction: technical problem solving, inspections, quality control, site supervision.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies to ensure approvals, design compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Contribute to tendering / estimating: calculate quantities, assess feasibility and risks.
- Oversee procurement, monitor project costs and do monthly invoicing
- Ensure safety and quality standards are maintained throughout all stages of the project.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering,
- Strong design experience for structural or civil works, especially within remediation.
- Hands-on experience in concrete repair, structural strengthening, coatings, or similar remediation/civil infrastructure environments.
- Strong knowledge of relevant Australian Standards, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; comfortable reporting to clients and stakeholders.
- Good project management skills: ability to manage schedules, deliverables, budgets.
- Able to travel within NSW to project sites as required.
