Contract Administrator – Short-Term Contract (Cheops or Job Pac Experience Essential)
Location: Sydney
Duration: Up to 6 Weeks

About the Role
You’ll play a key role in supporting our procurement processes across several new build projects.
This role is ideal for someone who can hit the ground running and is available to start immediately.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with procurement for new build projects
  • Prepare and issue subcontractor packages
  • Manage and track purchase orders and contracts
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors
  • Support project delivery teams with contract admin tasks
  • Ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in the construction industry
  • Proficient in Cheops or Job Pac (essential)
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes
  • Excellent communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Available for an immediate start
