Your new role:

• Manage head contract and subcontract agreements on a $70M apartment project
• Prepare, review and negotiate subcontract packages
• Track budgets, claims, variations and progress payments
• Work closely with the Project Manager and delivery team to drive project outcomes

What you’ll bring:

• Solid experience as a Contracts Administrator on apartment or townhouse projects ($20M+)
• Strong understanding of head contracts, subcontracts, and project financials
• Ability to build relationships with subcontractors and clients
• Commercial awareness, attention to detail, and a drive to deliver
