An excellent opportunity for a Junior HVAC Estimator to join mechanical services contractor with a growing presence across Sydney.

You’ll be working on commercial design and construct projects typically valued between $500k and $1M, with the occasional larger job up to $3M.

This is a great step for someone who already has a solid foundation in HVAC estimating and is looking to take their career to the next level within a supportive, technically capable team. There is also a path for you to grow into a Project Management role down the line. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist with accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for HVAC projects
• Review drawings, specifications, and scope documents to identify key requirements
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
• Support senior estimators and engineers throughout the tender and project handover process
• Maintain tender documentation and cost databases

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC or mechanical services estimating
• Background in Mechanical Engineering (degree or trade-based)
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems and mechanical drawings
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach
