A leading Australian logistics and supply chain operator is seeking a skilled

Transport Scheduler to join their North Fremantle container operations team. This dynamic role is ideal for someone experienced in managing transport schedules and coordinating container movements in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule fleet operations using booking and container management systems to optimise capacity
• Communicate frequently with drivers and internal team members
• Plan and allocate daily jobs for drivers, including deliveries and collections
• Ensure all freight movements and information are accurately recorded and available
• Participate actively in fleet maintenance and operational planning

About You:

• Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
• Strategic thinker who can plan quickly under pressure
• Strong communicator and team player who can also work independently
• Knowledgeable of current Main Roads Regulations
• High level of computer literacy, with the ability to learn new systems
• Advantageous: experience with container management software or VBS systems
