$140,000 - $180,000 + Super + Vehicle + Annual Bonus
We're partnering with a leading civil construction and road surfacing contractor that continues to expand its footprint across Western Australia. The business has a long-established spray seal operation and, following a major investment in a new mobile asphalt plant, is rapidly growing its asphalt and pavement capabilities with a focus on self-delivering projects.
They're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and identify new opportunities across mining, Tier 1 contractors, local shires, and government agencies.

About the Role:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market share and revenue across WA.
- Cultivate existing relationships while forging new partnerships across key industry sectors.
- Collaborate with estimating and contracting teams on bids, tenders, and proposals.
- Represent the business at networking events, trade fairs, and industry conventions.
- Provide strategic input on pricing, tendering, and future business direction.
- 3-5 years' experience in business development, preferably within the asphalt, bitumen, or civil construction industry.
- Strong commercial acumen and communication skills.
- Well-connected within the civil, mining, or government infrastructure sectors.
- Self-starter who enjoys a dynamic, road-based role with autonomy and variety.
