This well known and respected builder deliver a mixture of large residential and commercial construction projects up to $150M in value.
 
About the Role – Structures Foreman (contract)
We are looking for a Structures Foreman to join the team on a $48M apartment project located in inner Brisbane. You will be joining an established team and will work with the Site Manager to help deliver this complex build. Initially the role is a contract position with the option of going permanent in the new year. They are looking for someone to start immediately.
 
Skills and Experience
You will come from a Tier 2 background and will have proven experience delivering a good mixture of projects. You will ideally have good knowledge of commercial projects and have a good understanding of structures.

• Come from a trade background
• Have experience delivering a variety of projects preferably residential 
• Experience with a well-known builder in Australia
• Able to manage and work in a large team
• Able to work to a tight but manageable programmes
• Excellent people skills
• Good team player
