Role and Responsibilities:

• Title: Construction Supervisor
• Location: Brisbane (City)
• Reporting to: Area Construction Manager
• Responsibilities:
• Managing the build of up to 15 residential projects simultaneously, overseeing all aspects of construction.
• Ensuring and driving high standards & high performance from subcontractors & trades
• Communicating effectively with clients and sub-contractors to ensure projects are completed to schedule & budget
• Ensuring HSE standards are met

Required Experience:

• Education:
• Preferably a Cert IV in Building & Construction or a construction-related degree
• Professional Experience:
• Essential to have managed upwards of 15 residential projects simultaneously for another project homes builder or custom builder
• Stable employment history
• Ability to work and lead in a team environment
