The Role:

• Management and oversee commercial joinery projects in the CBD.
• Manage and supervise all on-site activities for commercial joinery projects.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Architects, and Subcontractors to ensure seamless project installation.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or delays.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on project progress.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

About You:

• Trade Qualifications in Joinery/Carpentry/Cabinet Making
• Prior Site Management or leadership/management experience
• Strong level of Joinery methodologies and coordination
• Ability to mentor and motivate
• Ability to problem solve and think on their feet
• Proven previous in commercial joinery
• High level of communication both written and verbal
