The Role

Due to winning a major healthcare project in Southern NSW, they require an experienced mechanical site manager. 

To be successful in the role you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of the following within the Australian HVAC market;  

• Major projects experience, working for a 1st and/or 2nd tier HVAC contractor in the Australian market.
• 8 years' experience minimum
• Excellent communication skills and able to manage and influence senior stakeholders within the project.
• Commitment to delivery of project.
• Strong management experience of trades and subcontractors in busy environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
