PM Allocator – Transport & Logistics | Kewdale | 2PM – 10PM
We are currently seeking an experienced PM Allocator to join a well-established and fast-paced transport and logistics operation based in Kewdale.
This is a key role within the business, responsible for coordinating afternoon and evening fleet movements to ensure on-time and efficient delivery outcomes across the network.
Working the 2PM – 10PM shift, you will take ownership of daily scheduling and real-time allocation of a busy fleet, working closely with drivers, subcontractors, and operations teams to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.

Working the 2PM – 10PM shift, you will take ownership of daily scheduling and real-time allocation of a busy fleet, working closely with drivers, subcontractors, and operations teams to keep freight moving safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Allocate and schedule a fleet of vehicles to meet delivery deadlines and service expectations
- Monitor live operations and adjust runs in real-time to manage delays or disruptions
- Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with Chain of Responsibility (CoR), fatigue management, and safety requirements
- Liaise with subcontractors and manage workload distribution
- Maintain accurate records and utilise TMS/fleet management systems
- Proven experience in transport allocation, scheduling, or fleet coordination
- Ability to manage a high-volume, fast-paced operation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of CoR and transport compliance
- Experience with TMS or fleet management systems
