The founders / owners of this privately owned builder are passionate, astute leaders who have handpicked the exe management team over the last 5 years and are driving the business forward with a clear 2025 business plan. For over 15 years they have forged a successful business working with blue chip clients in aged care, government, and residential sectors. Currently turning over approx. $300M and employing a dedicated team of approx. 110 ppl.

The scope of works will include 4 new levels of medical facilities and associated external and landscaping works. Valued approx 20M
  
The position
  
As the Site Manager you will be responsible for coordinating the day to day activities on site ensuring that programme ang budgets are is being maintained. Working cohesively with your site team you will ensure the works are carried out in a safe manner, are to specification and handed over with a high quality finish.

Background / Experience
  • Carpentry Trade apprenticeship, Tertiary qualification advantageous
  • Demonstrated ability to have independently ( or as team lead leader ) delivered commercial projects in excess of $15M
  • Ability to build strong client relationships and manage personnel to operate cohesively within a team environment
  • Strong buildability, planning & programming skills
  • Extensive knowledge of building trades, and how to push projects
  • Above average administration skills with a good gasp on budgets, preliminaries and variation management
  • Ability to keep on top of safety & company system management
  • Experience in Health is advantageous 
  • Above average computer literacy, this builder uses electronic on site management tools
