Job description

Our client is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to support their Head Office based in Perth. This role will be on a short term/casual basis and is ideal for someone who enjoys being the first point of contact and thrives in a fast-paced, professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcoming visitors and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Managing meeting room bookings and front-of-house presentation
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Providing general administrative support to the office as required
About You:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
  • Professional presentation and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and office systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and flexible to work on a casual basis
