The Opportunity Due to continued growth, an experienced and driven Account Manager is being recruited to manage an established customer portfolio while identifying and securing new business opportunities across Western Australia. This is a permanent, full-time field sales role reporting to a State Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts through a structured call cycle
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads
- Develop product range penetration and drive incremental sales growth
- Provide advice on products, pricing, availability and usage
- Analyse weekly and monthly sales and margin performance reports
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, reports and maintain accurate CRM records
- Promote customer loyalty and value-add programs
- Complete general sales administration as required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales or account management
- Experience in FMCG, wholesale or food service environments highly regarded
- Strong customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills
- Confident, professional and solutions-focused approach
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office
- Current Australian driver’s licence
- Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in the field
