CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a WA owned & operated commercial fit out head contractor who have a new opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join the business. The role has arisen due to expansion and newly awarded projects. 

Projects are typically in and around Perth CBD - high end fit outs, diverse in size & scale, ranging from $500k-10m. They have a loyal client base and regularly receive repeat work, often within the corporate fit out sector. 

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager with a strong commercial fit out background, who enjoys looking after 2-3 projects at any one time, working closely with the Owner and an experienced Project Manager. 

A stable business who have been established for some time now in Perth, who also have a great reputation for delivering high quality projects to clients. This is a long term permanent position within the business. 

Salary will be aligned with experience - ranging from $130-140k + Super + Vehicle / Allowance.
