About the Company
Join a leading national builder delivering high-quality fitout, refurbishment, and light construction projects across commercial, health, education, government, and hospitality sectors. With a reputation for excellence and a people-first culture, we’re looking for an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of major projects in Sydney.
The Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects ranging in value from $5M to $20M. On larger projects you will oversee a Foreman and work closely with a Project Engineer to drive a collaborative site overseeing all site-based activity, ensuring timelines, safety and quality standards are met.
Projects are located all over Sydney however they will try and place you as close to home as possible. Many Projects are also located in the City.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate all site operations to meet programme milestones
- Deliver a fully operational facility to client expectations
- Maintain industry-leading safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Engage with clients, consultants, and subcontractors throughout delivery
- Track progress, manage site reporting, and maintain accurate documentation
- Support and mentor junior team members to strengthen site capability

What You’ll Need
- Trade background and building qualification (preferred)
- Proven experience independently delivering multiple fitout and refurbishment projects in the tier two sector
- Strong planning, sequencing, and subcontractor management skills
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and lead collaborative teams
- High attention to detail across safety, systems, and programme
- Confidence using digital site management tools
