The Role
As the Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of site plant and equipment. You will lead and coordinate a skilled maintenance team of fitters and electricians, ensuring plant performance, safety, and operational efficiency are maintained to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance fitters and electricians
• Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance across fixed plant assets
• Drive reliability improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
• Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
• Work closely with production teams to optimise plant performance
• Manage maintenance planning, reporting, and budgeting

About You
To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Proven experience managing fixed plant maintenance operations
• Strong leadership experience supervising multidisciplinary maintenance teams
• A background within FMCG or food production environments (highly desirable)
• Trade or engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical)
• Strong troubleshooting, planning, and reliability improvement skills
• A proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
