The Role
As the Fixed Plant Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and reliability of site plant and equipment. You will lead and coordinate a skilled maintenance team of fitters and electricians, ensuring plant performance, safety, and operational efficiency are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of maintenance fitters and electricians
- Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance across fixed plant assets
- Drive reliability improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules to minimise downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with production teams to optimise plant performance
- Manage maintenance planning, reporting, and budgeting
To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Proven experience managing fixed plant maintenance operations
- Strong leadership experience supervising multidisciplinary maintenance teams
- A background within FMCG or food production environments (highly desirable)
- Trade or engineering background (Mechanical or Electrical)
- Strong troubleshooting, planning, and reliability improvement skills
- A proactive approach to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
- $150,000 - $170,000 + Superannuation
- Monday-Friday schedule (38 hrs/week) supporting work-life balance
- Leadership role with autonomy and influence over maintenance strategy
