Senior Contracts Administrator - Water Infrastructure Project
Western Sydney | 6 Week Contract | Start 23rd March
 
We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join a major water infrastructure project in Western Sydney on a short-term 6 week contract. This role is covering long-term leave and will require someone who can step into a live project environment and hit the ground running.
The successful candidate must be available to start on 23rd March to allow for a structured handover before taking full responsibility for the role.
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage head contract and subcontract administration across the project
  • Progress claims, variations, and payment schedules
  • Review and administer subcontractor agreements and compliance
  • Support project delivery teams with commercial and contractual matters
  • Monitor project budgets, cost reporting, and forecasting
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure commercial performance
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Contracts Administrator on civil infrastructure projects
  • Strong background working for principal contractors
  • Experience delivering water or utilities infrastructure projects highly desirable
  • Excellent knowledge of contract administration, variations, and claims management
  • Ability to step into a live project and operate with minimal supervision
  • Available to commence 23rd March for handover
