What You’ll Do

• Manage and drive fit-out projects up to $10M
• Oversee site operations and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget & safely
• Work closely with PMs, clients, and consultants

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on fit-out or refurbishment projects
• Background in government & defence projects highly regarded
• Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving
