Pricing next phase of work which will include 
- demolition of staircase
- new lift shaft 
- fit out

Site Manager from a fit out and refurb contractor preferred but not limited to. 
Experience on university or tafe colleges advantageous. 
Need to be able to show stability in job roles. 

Salary up to $170k +
