Summary
CGC Recruitment are working in partnership with a leading tier 2 commercial building head contractor and have been engaged to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager to join a high-performing builder to deliver a major $60m+ large format retail development in Karratha.
This is a key leadership role overseeing full site delivery and driving program, quality, and safety outcomes on a high-profile North West project.
With over 70 staff and a strong pipeline of work across WA, this builder is well-established in the commercial market and delivers projects across retail, industrial and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities - Senior Site Manager
- Lead all on-site construction activities from commencement through to handover
- Manage subcontractors, trades, program and site logistics
- Maintain high standards of safety, quality and compliance
- Coordinate closely with project management, engineering and design teams
- Drive programme to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors
- Ensure site reporting, procurement support and documentation is completed accurately
- Minimum 10+ years' proven Site Management experience on commercial or industrial builds
- Background delivering large-scale new-build projects $40M+
- Retail / large format retail experience highly regarded
- Strong programming, subcontractor management and HSE focus
- Excellent communication and leadership with the ability to drive team performance
- FIFO experience beneficial, but not essential
- FIFO from Perth – 2:1 or 3:1 roster options
- Up to $220k + Super + Site Uplift + Accommodation + Meal allowance
- Up to 25% site uplift
