A specialist contractor delivering high-value remedial, structural repair, and façade upgrade projects across Sydney.
Recognised for their technical capability, detailed delivery, and longstanding client relationships, they partner with major strata, insurance, and government clients to restore and strengthen complex structures.
With two major projects each valued at circa $20M, this is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to take full ownership of significant works with the support of an established delivery team.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, the Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale remedial projects, ensuring excellence across safety, quality, program, and financial performance.

The Role
Reporting directly to the Director, the Project Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale remedial projects, ensuring excellence across safety, quality, program, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee planning and delivery for two large remedial projects (~$20M each)
 - Manage subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams
 - Lead project programming, procurement, and budget control
 - Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
 - Foster strong client relationships and manage communication
 - Mentor and support Project Engineers, Site Managers, and CAs
 - Report on project milestones and performance directly to senior management
 
- 7+ years’ experience in project management within remedial, structural repair, or façade restoration sectors
 - Strong technical understanding of structural, waterproofing, and façade remediation
 - Proven ability to manage projects $10M+
 - Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills
 - Background with remedial, structural, or building refurbishment contractors
 - Degree in Construction Management, Civil, or Structural Engineering (preferred)
 
- Manage two landmark remedial projects ($20M each) in Sydney
