The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to deliver a variety of fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to $10M. You’ll manage all aspects of project delivery from pre-construction through to completion ensuring safety, quality, and client satisfaction remain front of mind.

You’ll be supported by an experienced site and commercial team, while enjoying autonomy and direct access to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of fit out and refurb projects up to $10M
  • Lead project planning, programming, and reporting
  • Oversee site teams, subcontractors, and consultants
  • Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders
  • Drive safety, quality, and budget outcomes
  • Contribute to tender reviews and project planning stages
About You
  • 5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager within fit out/refurbishment construction
  • Proven track record delivering commercial, education, or hospitality projects
  • Strong communication, programming, and leadership skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline
