The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join the Sydney team and play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering process for projects up to $30M. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Directors, and clients to prepare accurate, competitive, and detailed cost estimates.

The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Estimator to join the Sydney team and play a key role in the pre-construction and tendering process for projects up to $30M. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Directors, and clients to prepare accurate, competitive, and detailed cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and tender submissions across multiple project sectors
- Analyse drawings, specifications, and scope documents
- Source subcontractor and supplier pricing and evaluate submissions
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders during the tender process
- Assist in value engineering, cost planning, and design development stages
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company tendering procedures
- 3-6+ years' experience as an Estimator in commercial construction
- Strong background in new build, refurbishment, or fit out projects
- Sound knowledge of construction costs, procurement, and methodology
- Excellent attention to detail, numeracy, and analytical skills
- Confident communicator with strong time management and organisation
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar
