They are pressing go on 3 of their exciting projects this year so are looking for an experienced Site Manager run their $10m project at Toowong. 

The Project
This is 2 x towers, 4 and 5 storeys with basement. This project will see you through to 2026 and you will have another, bigger project to go straight onto.

Ideal Candidate
You will be a QBCC Site Supervisor with experience delivering similar projects. Ideally you will have the capacity to deliver projects up to $40m. 

This opportunity is different. This innovative developer has different values to the standard builder. You will have support but be given the opportunity to use your knowledge to stamp your authority on the project.
