We are recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded mid-tier head contract builder that specialises in commercial retail projects across NSW.
  
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced Civil & Structures Foreman to take ownership of a $3.5M project and run it start to finish with excellent backing from the delivery team.

The Project

• Location: Bathurst, NSW
• Value: $3.5M
• Scope: Civil and external works package
• Environment: Live environment – safety and communication are critical
• Duration: 6-month guaranteed contract

Key Scope of Works

• Precast walls
• Tilt panels
• Groundworks and external civil works
• Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers
• Managing works from site establishment through to handover

Your Role

• Full responsibility for site delivery from start to finish
• Coordinate trades, programme, and daily site activities
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and productivity
• Work closely with a supportive Project Manager, Contract Administrator, and Leading Hand
• Ensure works are delivered on time and within budget
