HVAC Site Manager – Commercial Projects
Location: Sydney
Salary: Up to $130k + Vehicle + Super

An established commercial mechanical contractor is seeking an experienced HVAC Site Manager to deliver a diverse portfolio of commercial projects across Sydney.

This role will see you managing fit-outs and central plant upgrades, with project values ranging from $250k to $5m. You’ll be hands-on onsite, coordinating subcontractors, managing safety and program, and ensuring high-quality delivery.

About the Role

• Manage commercial HVAC projects from site establishment through to completion
• Oversee fit-outs and central plant upgrade works
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams
• Manage site safety, quality, and compliance
• Monitor progress against programme and budgets
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and builders onsite

About You

• Proven experience as an HVAC Site Manager or Senior Supervisor
• Strong background delivering commercial HVAC projects
• Sound understanding of central plant, chilled water systems, and major mechanical installations
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• White Card and relevant trade or technical background preferred
