Senior Estimator - Civil & Infrastructure
An opportunity is available for an experienced Senior Estimator to join a well-established civil contractor delivering complex infrastructure projects across WA.
This is a highly autonomous role within a collaborative pre-contracts team, working alongside another Senior Estimator, a Bid Coordinator and an Engineer. The position suits a Senior / Lead Estimator or Estimating Manager who enjoys ownership of tenders and influencing bid strategy from end to end.
The Role

The Role
- Lead and manage tenders across civil infrastructure projects
- Tender values typically ranging from $30M-$50M
- Strong focus on FRP and concrete structures
- Full lifecycle tender management from first principles through to submission
- Office-based role in the northern Perth suburbs
- Proven experience managing and delivering complex civil tenders as a Senior / Lead Estimator
- Strong background in FRP and concrete packages
- Demonstrated success working for an Australian main contractor
- Confident working autonomously while contributing to a wider pre-contracts team
- Proficient in EXPERT Estimating and first principles estimating
- Full Australian working rights essential
- $180k - $250k + super, dependent on experience
