A builder who was established three years ago but have over 15 years of client relationships in place are growing from strength to strength and are currently operating with 16 staff. They operate in the fit out/refurb sectors as well as service upgrades to education and health buildings, as well as small new builds.
  
The role – Site Manager (27 week program)
We are looking for a Site Manager to complete an Industrial build valued at $3M located on the south side. This project will start early November.
  
What we are looking for:

• A trade background
• Proven history of being able to deliver a project of this size
• Either a stable career with previous employers, or a solid reputation as a contractor
• Able to lead from the front and take full ownership of a project
• Previous industrial experience would be preferred
