• The Builder has multiple Data Centres in construction so location is flexible for North or West Sydney

The Role

You will play a key role in managing and coordinating all building services, ensuring seamless integration across design, procurement, construction and commissioning  phases. Working closely with subcontractors and consultants, you’ll help drive programme, quality, and compliance on technical data centre (300M – 500M +)
  
Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, hydraulic & fire services trades
• Review and manage design documentation and shop drawings
• Drive services procurement and subcontractor engagement
• Monitor installation against programme and resolve technical issues
• Ensure commissioning, testing, and handover processes are delivered to a high standard
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and internal delivery teams

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Services Engineer on major projects (head contract or subbie)
• Strong background in services-heavy builds (data centres, hospitals, labs, or similar)
• Ability to manage complex coordination across multiple disciplines
• Solid understanding of commissioning and services delivery
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach on site
