- Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will deliver approximately $15M–$20M of projects annually.
- You will lead and coordinate all project stakeholders. Your focus will be aligning expectations and driving outcomes.
- You will manage programme development and tracking. You will ensure key milestones, financial targets, and performance outcomes are met.
- You will typically run 1–2 projects in construction. You will also support projects in tender and pre-construction phases.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline
- Experience working within the upper Tier 3 or Tier 2 market
- Exposure to pre-construction, including methodology development for tenders
- Strong programming and financial management capability
- Experience delivering Design & Construct (D&C) projects
- Hospitality project experience will be highly regarded
- Established local experience with strong subcontractor relationships
