The Role
  • Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will deliver approximately $15M–$20M of projects annually.
  • You will lead and coordinate all project stakeholders. Your focus will be aligning expectations and driving outcomes.
  • You will manage programme development and tracking. You will ensure key milestones, financial targets, and performance outcomes are met.
  • You will typically run 1–2 projects in construction. You will also support projects in tender and pre-construction phases.
Salary
A competitive salary package will be offered in line with experience and current market conditions, with an expected range of $230K – $260K.
  
Qualifications & Experience
  • Degree qualified in Construction Management or a related discipline
  • Experience working within the upper Tier 3 or Tier 2 market
  • Exposure to pre-construction, including methodology development for tenders
  • Strong programming and financial management capability
  • Experience delivering Design & Construct (D&C) projects
  • Hospitality project experience will be highly regarded
  • Established local experience with strong subcontractor relationships
