Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join a well-established concrete subcontractor delivering civil projects across the Greater Perth region.
  
This is an excellent opportunity to work on a range of projects valued between $15M – $30M, supporting a busy and growing team.
  
This casual position will be a mix of office and site-based work, giving you strong exposure across project delivery and commercial management. You’ll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget, while managing contractual and financial processes.
  
On Offer
  • Temp / Hourly Rates - $75 per hour + Super (Paid Weekly)
  • Duration: 6–12 months
  • Start: ASAP
  • Hours: 8:00am – 5:00pm (flexibility required based on project demands)
  • Office Location - Welshpool
Key Responsibilities
  • Administration of subcontractor packages and supplier agreements
  • Managing progress claims, variations, and cost tracking
  • Assisting with procurement and contract negotiations
  • Supporting project teams with commercial reporting
  • Liaising with site teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements
About You
  • Previous experience as a Contract Administrator within civil or concrete subcontracting
  • Strong understanding of variations, claims, and cost control
  • Ability to work across both office and site environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
