Growing fire protection company on Sydney’s Lower North Shore has just secured a major contract, and with that comes the need for a strong leader to step in and build out their service division.
This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned Fire Service Manager to take the reins, put their stamp on a new team, and drive things forward with the full backing of management.
The company already has a strong reputation in the industry, and now they’re looking to scale up.

You’ll be responsible for setting up and managing the service division across both wet and dry fire systems.

About you
- FPAS accreditation – essential
- At least 5–7 years of fire protection experience, including time in a management or supervisory role
- Strong understanding of AS 1851:2012 and compliance requirements
- Solid technical knowledge across both wet and dry fire systems
- Confident leading teams, managing scheduling, service reporting, and defect rectification
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and contractors
- Experience using job management platforms like Simpro is a bonus
- Trade qualifications or a hands-on fire systems background preferred
- Strong understanding of WHS and safety procedures
- Up to $170k + Super, depending on experience
