CGC Recruitment are looking for an experienced Carpenter who is looking to push into a site supervisor role to join our clients team. They are a boutique custom home builder based in South west, Sydney. Founded in 2019, they specialise in new builds, knock-down rebuilds, renovations, and extensions, with a strong focus on Inner West and South West Sydney. 

Role

• Coordinating trades and liaising with directors
• Managing quality control and safety
• Working as a carpenter (roofing, framing & fix out)
• Assisting with overseeing residential projects from groundwork to final handover

About You

• Experienced carpenter (5+ years preferred)
• Excellent on-site skills and eye for detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Eager to learn and grow into a leadership role
• Driver’s license and own tools essential
• White Card
