Contract Administrator – 6-Month Contract (View to Extend)

�� Sector: Commercial & Education Refurbishment Projects
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to join our team on an exciting 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension. This is a hands-on role supporting the delivery of refurbishment projects across commercial and/or education sectors.
Working closely with the Project Manager and site teams, you will play a key role in the smooth financial and contractual administration of multiple ongoing projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and administer subcontracts and supplier agreements
  • Manage progress claims, variations, RFIs and EOTs
  • Maintain contract documentation and ensure compliance with project terms
  • Support procurement activities and cost tracking
  • Liaise with site teams, clients, and subcontractors to ensure project targets are met
  • Assist with project reporting and forecasting
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Contract Administrator in refurbishment projects
  • Background in commercial and/or education sector projects is essential
  • Strong understanding of construction contracts and project cost control
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
