The Opportunity
CGC Recruitment is a national specialist in the built environment, with established offices across Sydney, Brisbane, and Perth. Over the past 13+ years, we’ve built a strong reputation partnering with some of Australia’s leading contractors, consultancies, and design studios.
We’re looking for a driven recruiter to take ownership of a well-established engineering desk, focused on placing white-collar professionals into permanent roles.

This is not a cold start. You’ll step into a warm market with existing relationships, live roles, and candidate flow, giving you the platform to bill quickly while continuing to grow your own network.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Building and managing relationships with key engineering clients
  • Identifying and converting new business opportunities
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for white-collar roles
  • Leveraging an established database and active candidate pool
  • Positioning yourself as a specialist within your vertical

What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years recruitment experience (agency preferred)
  • Strong commercial mindset and interest in business development
  • Ability to manage your own desk while contributing to a team
  • Ambition to build a long-term career in engineering recruitment
Salary Range $80k - $90k + Super + Commission
